The Kahkewistahaw First Nation Trustees are composed of Three (3) On-Reserve Trustees and Two (2) Off-Reserve Trustees pursuant to the Kahkewistahaw 1907 Trustee Elections Guidelines.

The Band consists of One (1) electorial section.

The Polling Notice was posted on the 11^th day of July, 2003 at the Kahkewistahaw First Nation Band Office, and Kahkewistahaw Complex.

The Poll was held at the Kahkewistahaw Complex and was commenced at 9:00 a.m. on the 7^th day of August, 2003.

As Electorial Officer for the Kahkewistahaw 1907 Trustee Election, I declare that the polling place was kept open between the hours of 9:00 a.m and 8:00 p.m. local time on the 7^th day of August 2003; that I have correctly counted the votes cast for each candidate and have carefully and diligently performed all the duties required of my by the Kahkewistahaw 1907 Trustee Election Guidelines, and that a copy of this report will be given to the Band Office for their retention and posting.
